Select an object for your investigation, with which the subject will be compared.

• All genes will find relationships between the subject and all other genes in the genome.
• One specific gene will allow you to view the data or specific relationships associating a particular gene with a subject (gene, process, etc.)
• Biological process will predict the strength of relationships between one subject (gene, process, etc.) and each known biological process or with the genes in those processes.
• Diseases will again generate analyses similar to those for biological processes using sets of known disease-associated genes from OMIM.
• One specific disease will compare the query subject with each individual gene in a known OMIM disease.
