HEFalMp biological contexts are sets of genes known to be related and to perform the same biological processes based on the Gene Ontology. Analyses in a particular context use probabilistic dataset weights tailored to that process, since different datsets are more or less informative for different biological processes (e.g. a cancer microarray might be upweighted in the context of the mitotic cell cycle). The global context ("all biological processes") represents an average or aggregate across all processes.
